Past District Governor Lion Tyler Spencer
Being involved in Lions since 2010, Past District Governor Spencer has a passion for helping the community. He has been a presenter and educator at various meetings, conventions throughout California and is currently part of the Enterprise Lions Club in Redding, California. His Lions Club does things like deliver wood to seniors in need for heat in their fireplace and conduct vision screening at elementary school districts, and helping with disaster relief centers. "I have seen tears of joy in an old woman's eyes when we Lions showed up with a truck full of wood to help keep her warm in the winter." He said over a cup of coffee one afternoon in Reno. "I have witnessed a young child's excitement when he can see better after getting his first pair of glasses. Making a difference in another persons life gives me the motivation to make real change in the world, this is why I am a Lion."
Past District Governor Lion Spencer embraces the passion of other people who are in need restores faith in humanity. He truly enjoys giving his time freely and serving his community members.
