Spencer is a musical athlete who is community minded and has a passion for helping others. As a musician, he is a six-time California Music Educators Award Award recipient and former member of the Straight Ahead Big band and 5 time recording artist. He is an elite competitive skier, and has won gold & silver medals in the Far West Masters ski racing championships. In the world of baseball Spencer has coached from High School to Professional. He is a Certified USA Baseball coach and member of the American Baseball Coaches Association. He has and won 6 - championships including back to back professional championships in independent single-A baseball on the west coast.
Spencer has tended bar for more than 20 years all over the western United States. He has tended bars in California, Oregon and Nevada that include casinos, night clubs, high-end restaurants and small dive bars.
